Warranty
Our Limited Warranty applies to all products purchased from Applied Neural Research Corp (the “Physical Goods”).
Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material, workmanship, or specified product function.
During the Warranty Period, Applied Neural Research Corp will repair or replace, free of charge, any defective Physical Goods under the terms herein.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Applied Neural Research Corp is ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
Disclaimer
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage from misuse such as water damage or physical damage. Improper use or care of the Physical Goods shall void this Limited Warranty.
Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, email Applied Neural Research Corp (link at bottom of home page) to report the problem and obtain a Return Material Authorization. Free return shipping is available for US customers.
Upon receipt and inspection, covered Limited Warranty items will be repaired/replaced and shipped to the Shipping Address (original order) at no cost to the customer.
